Awww!! That's around the time we went walking around cuz someone said they weren't going to be out until betweem 8 and 10. Fail. Oh well. Really happy for you though!!! :D
Dang, that really sucks! I knew they weren’t going to wrap for the day until like 8 or 10, but one of the crew guys said they were knocking out scenes pretty quickly/moving at a nice pace today so it might not take that long. Sophia is filming again tomorrow, so I’d recommend hanging around all day if you wanna meet her.
have you been an extra for one tree hill? do they always meet fans?
I have in the past and I am supposed to be doing extra work on Wednesday, but apparently the schedule got changed so that may not actually happen anymore.
You will not get to meet the actors (as in talk to them/take photos) unless it’s after you’ve “clocked out” for the day. You’re not allowed to talk to the actors when you/they are working. So if you’re really just looking to meet the cast, I’d recommend hanging outside of wherever they are filming. You’ve got a better chance of having a conversation and taking photos if you can stand hanging around outside for hours and hours. :)
SO JEALOUS that you got to meet all of those cast members. My fiance, best friend and I were at "Karen's Cafe" today waiting and waiting (from 3:30 until 8:30) and didn't get to meet anyone :( Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day! Haha.
Hmm, odd - Sophia came out at like 6:30…? We were there from 11:30 until 6:45ish after Sophia came out. Austin’s back was bothering him so he didn’t come out today.
Of course I have days when I just break down and cry and get angry… But yesterday was not one of those days, and neither is today. Time to put my foot down. I’m not gonna let myself feel like I’m worth less than I really am… If only you’d met me halfway. We could have had something good.
I really (sincerely) appreciate your words of wisdom and advice about my anger issues… I can only hope to one day be as good a person as you, but please stop looking at my tumblr and my twitter. You’re reaching stalker status.
"It sure looks odd to see 50-something Mark Pedowitz as the face of the CW, the broadcast network best known for catering to all things young and female. And yet there he was onstage at TCA, being asked how in the hell he was going to find a way to think like a female in the 18-to-34 demo. Pedowitz - who always seems to have "well-liked executive" before his name in any story - said: "I am in my fifties, and I do have my feminine side at this point. So I am perfectly comfortable with this."
He might be the only one. It’s not like CBS Corp. and Warner Bros.-owned CW is printing money; most of its shows get beaten by cable channels who have done a better job of attracting that core audience (hello, MTV and ABC Family) and, institutionally, there has to be some belief that the young-girl demo might be a tad limiting. Does the CW need to exist at all?
Vampire Diaries draws viewers, and Ringer might as well. Beyond that, One Tree Hill is entering its final season (that makes, what, 17 seasons?) and Supernatural did not exactly get a ringing endorsement from Pedowitz when he was asked if this, too, was its final season. Look, everybody wants the young female demo. The CW has toyed with this niche idea since 2006 but hasn’t really landed a blockbuster scripted series, or even something like Jersey Shore on the reality side. Close? Sure, some years. But not with any volume or consistency, which is precisely why a man with gray hair just took charge of a network that needs to be more mature about its viability.”

Mainly posting this because I found the comment about One Tree Hill hilarious… but as a fan of many CW television shows, I would argue that, yes, the CW does need to exist. Do away with America’s Next Top Model and add some shows that don’t have to do with supernatural beings or high school, and I think the network would gain some viewers.
